Terms of Service
Effective 4 October 2026. Plain words, on purpose: these are the rules for using Singgah.
1. Agreeing to these Terms
Singgah (“Singgah”, “we”, “us”) lets you build a one-page site for your business or yourself and publish it at singgah.page. By creating an account or publishing a page you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice.
You must be 18 or older, or have your parent’s or guardian’s permission. If you use Singgah for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to agree to these Terms for it.
2. Your account
- Give true details and keep them up to date. One account per person; don’t share it.
- Keep your sign-in safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else got in.
- Don’t create accounts in bulk or by automated means, or to get around a suspension or a limit.
3. Your page and content
- It’s yours. You keep ownership of everything you put on your page: text, photos, logos and links.
- You let us show it. So we can run Singgah, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, display, resize and deliver your content, and to show your published page to anyone who visits it, for as long as it’s on Singgah. We don’t use your content in advertising.
- Published means public. A published page can be seen, shared and indexed by search engines by anyone. Don’t publish anything you want kept private.
- You’re responsible for it. You confirm you have the rights to everything on your page (including photos of other people, with their permission) and that it’s accurate and lawful.
4. What’s not allowed
Don’t use Singgah to publish, link to or do any of the following:
- Phishing and scams: asking for passwords, OTPs/TACs, PINs, card or online banking details; fake investment, job, loan, parcel, prize or giveaway schemes; anything meant to trick people out of money or information.
- Impersonation: pretending to be another person, business, bank, e-wallet, government agency, courier or Singgah itself, or using their names or logos so people believe you are them.
- Illegal goods and services under Malaysian law, including drugs, weapons, illegal gambling, counterfeit goods, unlicensed financial or investment services, and health products or cosmetics that aren’t registered where registration is required.
- Sexual content or sexual services; anything that sexualises children (we report it to the authorities).
- Hate, harassment and violence: threats, bullying, content that attacks people for their race, religion, gender, disability or similar, and anything that promotes terrorism or violence.
- Spam and harmful links: misleading links, malware, link farms, chain schemes, or pages made only to game search engines.
- Other people’s rights: content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, or that shares someone’s personal data without their permission.
- Breaking the service: getting around limits or security, scraping or overloading Singgah, or interfering with other people’s use of it.
- Anything else that breaks Malaysian law, including the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
5. Page addresses
Your page address (singgah.page/name) is first come, first served, but it isn’t property you own. To keep people safe, Singgah refuses addresses and links that could be mistaken for a bank, e-wallet, government agency, courier, well-known brand or Singgah itself, and addresses that read like phishing (for example “verify” or “refund”). We may change, release or reclaim an address that is misleading, infringes someone’s trademark, or is held without being used.
6. Selling to your customers
Singgah shows your page; it doesn’t take part in your sales. Orders, payments, deliveries and refunds (for example through WhatsApp, Shopee or TikTok Shop) are between you and your customers, and you’re responsible for following the laws that apply to you as a seller, such as the Consumer Protection Act 1999. Links on your page go to other services that have their own terms.
7. How we enforce the rules
If we believe a page or account breaks these Terms or the law, or puts people at risk, we may, with or without notice: refuse or change a page address, take a page down, stop it from being published again, remove content, suspend or close the account, and keep or share information with the police (PDRM), the National Scam Response Centre, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission or other authorities where the law requires or allows it. Where we can, we’ll tell you what happened and why. If you think we got it wrong, write to [email protected].
8. Reporting a page
Anyone can report a page from the link at the bottom of every published page, at singgah.page/report, or by email to [email protected]. For copyright or trademark complaints, include who you are, what you own, the page’s link and why it infringes. We review reports and act on them as quickly as we can.
9. Plans and limits
The Free plan includes up to 3 pages and limited image storage, and may show “Made with Singgah” on your pages. Paid plans, when offered, will have their prices and any extra terms shown before you pay. We may change what each plan includes; we’ll give reasonable notice of changes that take something away from you.
10. The service
We work hard to keep Singgah fast and available, but it’s provided “as is” and may sometimes be down, change, or lose recent edits (your editor also keeps a copy on your device). Keep your own copies of anything important. You can download all your data any time from Your data & privacy.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Singgah isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, or for content other people publish or link to, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it (or RM100 if you’re on the Free plan). Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer law that can’t be limited. You agree to cover our losses from claims made against us because of your content or your breach of these Terms.
12. Ending
You can stop using Singgah and delete your account any time from Your data & privacy; your pages go offline straight away. We may stop providing Singgah to you as described in section 7, or end the service for everyone with reasonable notice. Sections 3 (the licence ends when your content is removed), 6 and 11 continue after your account ends.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as Singgah grows. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Using Singgah after that means you accept the new Terms.
14. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia decide any dispute about them.
